  • Facility Manager
    (Facility Management Department)

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overseeing maintenance, operation and refurbishment of large scale logistic properties
    • Manage contractor for the engineering issues/ works
    • Develop technical specifications for tendering maintenance, improvement and refurbishment works with contracts administration monitoring and supervising site works
    • Vet tenant fit-out submission in the light of commercial and quality control with coordination of tenants to facilitate their fit-out works under technically and commercially sound manner and leasing and design team
    • Provide technical support to other departments with respect to building services/. building maintenance including tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alteration and modification works and advising technical comments
    • Plan, organize, direct and control of multi-disciplinary technical activities in a safe reliable, cost effective and quality driven manner for managing and operating large scale commercial properties with development a formulation of technical strategies and procedures for efficient and effective management control
    • Deal with external consultants, government authorities, public utilities and tenants on technical and statutory matters
    • Ensure all technical setup, performance full compliance with the current local legislation
    • Prepare and account for the budget associated with the technical team     
    • Manage and coordinate with Management Office related to technical issues
    • Any Adhoc Duties assigned by superior

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline;
    • Registered Safety Officer in Labour department;
    • Good knowledge of experience in managing aviation safety management system and ISO45001;
    • 5 years of experience in the field of airline cargo quality assurance;
    • 5 years of experience in the field of aviation industry or air cargo operation at terminal is highly preferred;
    • 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management or related field;
    • Excellent planning and organization skills
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
    • Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Senior Safety Specialist
    (Safety Operation Department)

    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Labour Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance;
    • To ensure fulfil the Health & Safety requirements by Airport Authority Hong Kong;
    • Maintain risk registry and database of risk assessments;
    • Review and revise the Safety Management System Manual;
    • Monitor the Safety Management System of property management contractor;
    • Perform analysis of safety incidents and propose preventive measures;
    • Assist in planning and implementing safety initiatives;
    • Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments , tenants, Airport Authority Hong Kong or other external parties for all aspects of Health & Safety;
    • Coordinate and organize activities/campaigns to promote safety awareness, and targeted at enhancing work safety culture;
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Senior Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager
    (Leasing Department)

    Description:

    Responsible for the marketing of warehouse facilities and services, formulate the company's marketing plans and strategies based on industry and market conditions, and ensure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    1. Familiar with warehousing leasing market ecosystem and related businesses development in Hong Kong
    2. Planning, implementation, and management of logistics facilities, and marketing of its services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop pricing strategy, marketing plans and related materials, arrange and execute business promotion activities, and provide timely input on property design, required equipment;
    • Establish, consolidate, and maintain working relationships with business partners;
    • Develop commercial contracts, and secure contractual commitments from customers in support of company's overall business objectives;
    • Organize the collection, analysis and regular reporting of industry intelligence information;
    • Conduct cost benchmarking to the market price and oversee the P&L;
    • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works.

    Requirements:

    • The candidate has strong background and experience in the marketing of existing large-scale logistics complexes. The candidate with experience in the marketing of newly constructed facilities will have an added advantage;
    • The candidate must possess sales experience accumulated from working at established logistics real-estate brokerage companies. The candidate's previous companies should have demonstrated outstanding performances and secured extensive contractual commitments. The candidate must also be able to understand the customers' needs, familiar with contract logistics real estate market in Hong Kong, and have marketing experience;
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizable Real Estates Company and in charge of business development of industrial property;
    • Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills;
    • Open minded and willing to take challenges;
    • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
